Come and give your physical and mental well-being the boost that it needs!
Mindful yoga is a guided sequence of poses in synchronisation with your breath. It also means listening to your body so that you know when you need to stop and when you can challenge yourself to do more. When you do mindful yoga you’ll be able to listen to your body, and with continued practice, find yourself more in sync with what your body is craving.
The 'Mindful Yoga' workshop will allow you to release tension and soothe your nervous system, to relax and reconnect with yourself.
You will be guided through a gentle yoga flow, followed by a journaling session where you can reflect on your thoughts and develop a deeper understanding of your actions and motivations.
